DESCRIPTION:\n\nCongregation Ohav Shalom will hold indoor\, abridged Shabba
 t morning service on Saturday\, February 27 from 9:30 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.\n\
 nA limited number of individuals will be able to join with Rabbi Dan in th
 e sanctuary\, and the service will also be streamed live for those who are
  not able to attend in person.\n\nIn order to attend the service in-person
 \, you must register your intent to join us by completing this form. Again
 \, as we will be limiting the number of individuals who will be able to jo
 in us in person\, completing this form does not guarantee you will be able
  to attend. You will be notified if you have a confirmed reservation no la
 ter than 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday\, Feb. 24.\n\nIMPORTANT NOTES:\n* Those in
 dividuals attending in person must have already become Bar/Bat Mitzvah or 
 are studying to become Bar/Bat Mitzvah. A service for families with younge
 r children will take place\, in person on Saturday\, March 6. Registration
  will be live on Thursday Feb. 25.\n\n* Services will start promptly at 9:
 30 a.m. You must be able to arrive between 9:15 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. No one 
 will be admitted into the building after 9:30 a.m.\n\n* Attendees should b
 ring their own kippah and tallit. You will not be able to use communal gar
 ments.\n\n* You are required to wear double masks at all times while in th
 e building or in the parking lot\, no exceptions. If you do not have a 2nd
  mask with you\, one will be available for you when you arrive.\n\nWhen yo
 u arrive\, please line up on walkway in front of building abiding by socia
 l distancing guidelines. At the main entrance\, there will be greeters/par
 nasim to screen registered individuals and escort you to your assigned sea
 t/s. Bathroom use will be limited to one individual at a time.\n\nAt the e
 nd of the service\, you will be dismissed in small groups in order to abid
 e by social distancing guidelines. You will exit through small social hall
  into the lobby and then out of building promptly ... there will be no Kid
 dush/socializing in the building.\n\nWe appreciate your patience as we con
