 rkshop\, we will pause together to explore how life’s transitions invite
  us into reflection\, growth\, and renewal. Guided by wisdom from spiritua
 l teachers\, transition consultants\, and our own lived experience\, we wi
 ll:\n\n 	Explore our personal images of “retirement”\n 	Reflect on the
  process of letting go\, moving through the unknown\, and beginning anew\n
  	Consider how our identity and life balance continue to evolve\n 	Cultiva
 te steps toward peace\, purpose\, and meaning in this next chapter\n\nThro
 ugh teaching\, contemplative exercises\, and meaningful small-group sharin
 g\, participants will create a supportive learning community and discover
