In this four-session, highly participatory workshop, we will pause together to explore how life’s transitions invite us into reflection, growth, and renewal. Guided by wisdom from spiritual teachers, transition consultants, and our own lived experience, we will:
Through teaching, contemplative exercises, and meaningful small-group sharing, participants will create a supportive learning community and discover fresh possibilities for living—and aging—with wholeness.
FACILITATOR: Audrey Seidman is a certified Sage-ing Mentor® who has offered workshops, keynote addresses and panel presentations on conscious aging and cultivating a meaningful retirement for AARP and many local organizations. She is also a spiritual director and volunteer chaplain. Audrey has a decade of retirement under her belt following careers in public relations and employee development and engagement.
