In this four-session, highly participatory workshop, we will pause together to explore how life’s transitions invite us into reflection, growth, and renewal. Guided by wisdom from spiritual teachers, transition consultants, and our own lived experience, we will:
Through teaching, contemplative exercises, and meaningful small-group sharing, participants will create a supportive learning community and discover fresh possibilities for living—and aging—with wholeness.
FACILITATOR: Audrey Seidman. I am a certified Sage-ing Mentor®, sharing the work of Sage-ing begun by Reb Zalman and others, as well as a spiritual director and volunteer chaplain. I am now in my November years (72); what I bring to our group is many years of experience as a group facilitator, listener and questioner –along with the hope of learning from you.
