To enhance your participation in this year’s High Holy days virtually from the comfort and safety of your home, there are two options: you may borrow one of Ohav Shalom’s Mahzor Lev Shalem books, or request your own digital edition of our Mahzor, which will be used during our Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur services. For your convenience, we have scheduled four dates for book pick up for those registered. Book return dates will be identified at a later date.
Please complete the form below by Thurs. Sept. 3rd, in order to allow the office time to prepare volunteers for the following pick up dates in advance of Rosh Hashanah.
Sun. Sept. 6th from 10am-Noon
Tues. Sept. 8th from Noon-3PM
Thurs. Sept. 10th from 5PM-7PM and
Sun. Sept. 13th from 4PM-6PM
By completing this form, you agree to return the mahzor in good condition, that is, in the same condition as when it was picked up or be billed the purchase price of the book, $65.00.
If you are unable to pick up a book to borrow, and require assistance to obtain one, please call the office at (518) 489-4706 x10 or email email@example.com
